Zain Abidi focuses his practice on immigration and compliance matters. He advises clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and partners with individuals and investors to plan immigration pathways to the United States. He also has experience counseling clients on I-9 and related compliance issues. Zain has provided comprehensive immigration services to large and small companies operating in the financial services, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals industry, amongst others.

Zain regularly represents affirmative asylum seekers in pro bono matters, including multiple individuals seeking asylum after the fall of the coalition-supported Afghan government in August 2021.
