Katie Johnson focuses her practice on commercial litigation in both state and federal court. She has experience handling various types of cases, including general commercial litigation, business disputes, contracts, torts, personal injury/premises liability defense, class action defense, securities, and regulatory investigations. In addition, Katie has experience serving as receiver’s counsel in state and federal court cases involving ponzi schemes, fraud, and securities violations. Her work includes identifying, securing, and monetizing potential assets as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to maximize potential returns to victims, including investigating and recovering cryptocurrency assets.
