Corina Valderrama focuses her practice on defending employers in state and federal court against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Corina regularly conducts employee complaint investigations and provides preventive compliance counseling for her clients. She also has experience defending employers against class and representative actions in state and federal court brought under the California Labor Code, FLSA, and PAGA.
