Cassidy Mara represents employers in unemployment disputes, wage and hour, harassment, wrongful termination, and discrimination claims. She has experience advising clients in large scale layoffs and conducting due diligence for employers purchasing, or merging with, another employer. Cassidy also conducts anti-harassment trainings and advises on employee handbooks and related employment policies. In addition, she represents employers in complex employment litigation matters, including managing discovery, preparing for evidentiary hearings and depositions, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and managing class actions and single plaintiff suits.
