Ashley Bobo focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling and represents employers in actions involving harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters. She has defended clients before administrative agencies, including Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Ashley also counsels companies on day-to-day human resources and employee relations issues, including leave law management, termination decisions, internal complaints and investigations, and employee classifications. She guides employers in the development and implementation of employment practices, including drafting of employee handbooks, international policy manuals, employment leave documentation, and settlement and separation agreements.
