Adam Mocciolo provides full-spectrum employment law counseling and advocacy to a wide range of employers, large and small, throughout the United States; he also litigates novel, complex commercial disputes across numerous fields of law and client industries.

Among Adam’s areas of particular experience in the employment arena are complex, reputationally sensitive internal and independent investigations, noncompete issues in the insurance and hedge fund industries, and competition issues in the design of corporate stock and bonus programs, including several prominent cases on forfeiture-for-competition law/the employee-choice doctrine. His counseling experience extends to international issues such as cross-jurisdictional discrimination claims and employee mobility issues in corporate mergers and relocations. He also provides immigration counsel to numerous employers and individuals, including universities, academics, and entrepreneurs.
