Kimberly Lopez Narbona is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and focuses her practice on diverse commercial and business litigation matters. She has significant experience in the areas of commercial foreclosures and secured transactions under Article 9 of the UCC. Kimberly regularly assists in the representation of banks, lenders and secured creditors and other segments of the financial services industry navigating through a variety of disputes.
