Bruce Platt has represented clients in the areas of health maintenance organization and insurer regulation, health care provider regulation and administrative law, representing clients before the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, the Department of Financial Services, the Department of Elder Affairs, and the Agency for Health Care Administration (both commercial and Medicaid for nearly 20 years. He has assisted healthcare providers, insurers and insurance-related companies with numerous applications and filings, including acquisition and certificate of authority applications for health maintenance organizations, insurance companies, reinsurers, prepaid limited health service organizations, third party administrators and discount medical plan organizations.
